Congrats Mr. 3,000!!!!!!
Congratulations to Yankees’ Captain Derek Jeter for being the first Yankee to reach 3,000 career hits! Topping it off with a home run! How sweet it is! Jeter is the 28th player in the MLB to reach this milestone. There were so many discussions on social networking sites before hitting this milestone in regards to whether Jeter was overrated. I guess the numbers in this situation speaks for itself. 3,000 career hits…enough said!
