We're Almost There: New Year's Eve "Shout Out" Edition

Happy New Year's Eve to all!Last week’s match up with the Giants and the Jets was a wonderful sight to behold. Wait a minute, wasn’t there inconsistencies on offense and defense?  Why yes there was, but more importantly than that, was a New York Giants team that showed up to play ball for FOUR QUARTERS! It really doesn’t get much better than that. In this game we see a “spark” ignited in the running game between the three backs Jacobs, Bradshaw, and Ware. They didn’t have monstrous rushing yards, no, but each time they got the ball they ran it like men on a mission! That, my friend, is what Giants football is all about! Pounding it in yard for yard! May I also take this time to shout out Ahmad Bradshaw; not taking away from our other backs in any form or fashion, but that dude is the epitome of a BEAST!
Also sending a shout out to Victor Cruz for the 99 yard touchdown in the second quarter. Hold up, I didn’t do that right! Sending a shout out to Victor Cruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuz! There it goes, that play was exhilarating to watch. The next shout out goes to our defense for holding it down for all four quarters, a much better exhibition than the week against the Redskins. You know I can’t talk about the defense without sending a shout out to Jason Pierre-Paul. His pursuit in the pass rushing gives me chills! Every player has his own style, but just the persistence in the chase gives me LT flashbacks! I am definitely down with JPP!

Yes, I Still bELIeve...

“Tis the season to be jolly! Fa-la-la-la-la la-la-la-la! G-men straight up caused a folly! Fa-la-la-la-la la-la-la-la! With that nauseous execution. Fa-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la! Cowboys on top is a delusion. Fa-la-la-la-la-la-la-la. "
I should have known if there was an easy way to control the NFC East the Giants would bypass it! That game against the Redskins was atrocious! Drop passes, interceptions… *deep sigh*but I digress. Leaving the past behind and focusing on week 16 against the Jets. Giants must dominate on both sides of the ball this Saturday.  Two wins to get in and this Big Blue fan still bELIeves! The NFC East is ours for the taking, and New York Football Giants run New York!! The potential can't be denied, the bigger question is where is the heart? Their backs are against the wall and it's time show up and show out! Let's Go Big Blue!!!
